Muay Thai

Classes covers basic strikes with the hands, feet, knees and elbows while introducing basic defensive techniques. Great workout while learning the fundamentals needed for
more advanced training.

Jiu-Jitsu

JJ focuses on the ever-important fundamentals attend this class to reinforce the fundamentals of JJ, such as basic guard passes, sweeps, take downs and controlling positions. Begin your journey here if you haven’t trained before. 

Strength & Conditioning

Get fit while improving martial arts skills in this core-focused class. Owner Pete Panos' proven exercise system builds strength, endurance, and explosiveness through combined fitness and martial arts training.

Competition Team | Invite Only

Our exclusive, invitation-only MMA team. Training alongside seasoned professionals, members receive advanced instruction in striking, grappling, and fight strategy. This intensive program is designed for dedicated athletes ready to take their combat sports career to the next level.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Asking questions is far better than knowing nothing.

1. Do I need prior experience to train at The Red Serpent Gym?

No. We welcome all levels—from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Our coaches adjust training based on your skill level.

2. What training programs do you offer?

We offer Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Jiu-Jitsu, and Strength & Conditioning programs designed for both fitness and competition.

3. Is The Red Serpent Gym open to both men and women?

Yes. Our gym is open to everyone. We promote a respectful, disciplined, and inclusive training environment.

4. Do you offer trial classes or walk-in sessions?

Yes, we offer trial sessions for first-timers so you can experience our training before committing to a membership.

5. What should I bring to my first training session?

Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive mindset. Basic gear can be rented or purchased at the gym.
